Managing director Richard McKenna said sales were also up 17% in 2015. He said a "more holistic approach" to selling a range of planting products as well as amenity plants was helping sales.
McKenna said the cost of imports had risen but "we forget three years ago currency was where it is now".
Provender stocks more than 3,000 trees on site and is in the process of expanding its A-Z plants.
Meanwhile, Provender's Nigel Gibson has received an RHS Long Service Medal for 40 years of service to Horticulture.
