Pontarddulais Garden Centre plans further expansion

Pontarddulais Garden Centre near Swansea is planning a 600sqm extension to the front of the centre.

This will allow the expansion of products sold, including more garden furniture. The 600sqm extension has not yet started work, and no construction firm has been appointed, as it is still in the early stages of development.

Owner David Evans hopes for the extension to be built within the next 12 months, to open for spring 2017.

A 400sqm extension in 2014 led to a large sales increase. Malcolm Scott is planning consultant.
