Danilo Pagano tosses, spins and throws the pizza dough base all around his body and his skills have earned him the title of three-time freestyle pizza world champion.
He said: "I have a passion for meeting people at shows and giving them a human insight into my love for pizza. Your hands have to be very soft and delicate when handling the dough. We don’t use plastic dough – it’s the real thing and very spectacular but delicate as well."
Premier is hosting Pagano cooking on their Italian Fontana Forni Outdoor ovens this 12 September.
