Pink Cadillac photinia on tour

The Cadillac that was used in 2015 for the promotion of Photinia 'Pink Crispy' at Plantarium Boskoop and Four Oaks in England is now on its way to the Salon du Végétal in France.

The pink colour of this Cadillac matches the pink new shoots of the Photinia 'Pink Crispy'. The plant has red stems and marbled leaves. Pink Crispy has a bushy, upright growth and is hardy to -20°C.

In France it is available at Pépinières Kervren.

This variety has been developed by Van Oploo Tuinplanten BV (Netherlands). Plantipp is marketing it and growers are PW Captein & Zn, BoomkwekerijGlobe Planter, DJ Hendriksen & Zn., Alexander Oploo Tuinplanten and Matteo Ragni.
