The improvement works were undertaken by local contractor Scott Robinson, director of Ideal Catering Solutions, in Norwich. The size of the kitchen increased as well as being improved and modernised, with the layout of the dining area also being slightly modified.
Tea room supervisor Lorraine said: "We are delighted with the refurbishment and are sure that our customers will be too."
The improvements are part of the company's objective to create a destination Rose and Plant Centre, supported by advice from qualified horticultural staff.
The tea room is part of Peter Beales' two acre display gardens. The plant centre has almost doubled in size over the last two years.
Peter Beales is at Attleborough, Norfolk.
#Meanwhile, the former Wych Cross Garden Centre, which was sold to Wyevale last October, is to open on Sundays from 6 March.
