PCTs offer three-year deal for 47 Nottingham sites

Two primary care trusts (PCTs) in Nottingham are collaborating to appoint a grounds maintenance contractor for almost 50 sites in the area.

Nottinghamshire County Teaching PCT is looking for a contractor to work for itself and Nottingham City PCT. The three-year deal, which covers up to 47 sites, will include grass cutting, leaf collection, border and hard surface maintenance and winter gritting. It may also benefit other NHS bodies.The deadline for the contract is 19 April.

Meanwhile, Nottingham City Council is looking for a contractor to provide hedge cutting for around 2,600 homes. The two-year deal is valued at around £270,000 and the council will close to tenders today (5 March).
