Hervey-Brookes won Gold & Best in Show at this years RHS Tatton Park Flower Show for his Perennial Garden, and has also won golds at international events such as the Gardening World Cup Japan and the Philadelphia Flower Show.
He is looking forward to creating "a modern classic English-styled garden" in Melbourne.
The garden will feature an open natural herbaceous meadow which will use both cultivated plants and Australian natives alongside a sweeping avenue of large containerised trees terminating with an open wooden pitched roofed modern retreat.
Hervey Brooke's said: "It's great to be able to work with a local team in Australia who will help bring to life this garden. It's large and looks simple whilst being actually quite complicated."
The Melbourne International Flower Show runs from 16 to 20 March 2016.
