Among growers saying they were in were Pentland, Garden Centre Fresh, Wyevale Nurseries, Javado, Kernock Park Plants, Tendercare, Seiont, Quality Ornamentals, The Plant Yard, Newey Group and several more.
Few growers would say they were out, but several said they were conflicted between their head and their heart on the vote.
Reasons cited for staying were fear of stepping into the unknown, ease of importing and exporting, risks to the current improved economy,
Several growers said a vote either way might not make as much difference to Britain as politicians say.
Overseas exhibitors such as Profitplant were also keen for Britain to stay in Europe because they did not want trade barriers put up.
