Organic Farmers & Growers biopesticide guidance given

Organic Farmers & Growers (OFG) has confirmed that Prestop and Met52 - two biopesticides introduced by Fargro earlier this year - comply with OFG standards and are suitable for organic systems.

Prestop is approved for control of root diseases, Botrytis and Didymella on protected edible and non-edible crops and outdoor strawberry.

Met52 is approved for vine weevil control, with additional thrip activity on protected and outdoor soft fruit and ornamentals.
