Results from the pest and disease survey will be used in a workshop at Contact 09 at Hilton Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, on 14-16 January.
The survey and workshop, sponsored by crop-protection firm Certis, aims to help the sector home in on the most important pests and diseases in the nursery stock industry.
The three-day conference will include talks by Charles Notcutt, HDC chairman Neil Bragg and executive adviser Leslie Kossoff.
They will tackle subjects ranging from the challenges of gaining premium prices from premium products and managing production uniformity.
Growers, whether planning to attend or not, are invited to complete the online survey by 24 December. Results will be published after the event.
