The Windsor-based firm sourced a range of 3,000-plus plants from British nurseries. It employed 12 staff and moved its packing area from Clacton-on-Sea to Horton premises in April 2015.
On its website, Plantify said: "We have struggled to meet our normal customer service standards following the short notice move of our packing area. Despite the best efforts of our small team, we are simply unable to recover from this devastating move fast enough. We have thus made the decision to stop trading."
The company's shareholders are Laughton and Colin Roberts of Parkview Nurseries in Enfield.
