The 18 November conference begins at 12 noon and is at Farbridge Barns in Chichester, West Sussex.
There will be a reception, lunch, talks and an informal evening meal with UK-grown produce, without the black tie that the event has stipulated for 80 years.
Delegates will include a local MP, local authority leaders and possibly a minister.
Speakers will include AHDB, banks, water companies and growers. Main topics are economics, planning & development, water and mart technology.
There will be about 100 grower, farmer, local authority and other stakeholder delegates.
The event is a partnership between WSGA, NFU and Chichester District Council.
Its aim is to bring together West Sussex growers and organisers hope to halt the slide in numbers of recent years by making the day more relevant to the industry.
