TV gardener Chris Collins opens RHS eco learning centre

A £3.3 million eco-friendly learning centre that will provide free horticultural education facilities for 10,000 Yorkshire children every year was set to be officially opened at RHS Garden Harlow Carr in Harrogate by TV gardener Chris Collins and local school children last week (29 June).
