Husqvarna Performance Programme

This VIP service centred on profitable performance delivers a premium after-sales service for three years and is available to customers purchasing Husqvarna's PT26D rotary front mower.

Developed to ensure peace of mind, the programme's cornerstone is the maintenance plan. This has been developed to track, at various intervals, the parts of the machine likely to need servicing.

Customers signing up to the programme get 30 hours of service work over three years (or 2,000 hours, whichever comes first). All labour, spare parts and consumables outlined in the service plan are included.

The Husqvarna web portal is intended to help businesses by giving subscribers their own digital service book and log-in, hosted via the online Husqvarna service portal.

The portal also includes Runtime Tracker - an analysis tool to automatically register data, wirelessly, to its digital service book. Another facet of the programme is the VIP service, which gives priority to customers requiring assistance between scheduled services.

The programme gives an extra year of warranty, extending the standard two-year warranty to three years or 2,000 hours.
