"Ferramol contains the same active ingredient, ferric phosphate. Ferramol Max is our new and improved formulation," says Certis marketing and business development manager Robert Lidstone.
Ferramol Max is a more concentrated three per cent ferric phosphate formulation, compared to the original Ferramol with only one per cent, so it can be applied at a lower dose rate and still provide control.
"Ferramol Max has the same excellent environmental profile as Ferramol, offering very low toxicity to all non-target organisms, and will eventually degrade into naturally occurring nutrients. It is approved for use on all crops," adds Lidstone.
The product was launched into the arable sector last year as Sluxx. Ferramol Max is available in a handy 7kg resealable pack.
