Since 2003, Gregory, who owns construction company Landform Consultants and is chairman of the APL has also been operating a sister company specializing in high quality garden and grounds maintenance.

In response to a growing demand from high-end consumers Gregory believes that the time is now right to substantially increase sales, and has brought on board Neville Stein from Ovation Business Consultants to help develop the maintenance side of the business in the south of England. Stein will be coaching Gregory and his maintenance manager Alex Marsh in implementing a new growth strategy for the maintenance company.

Marsh commented: "From the feedback we get it appears that our customers think that we provide a really good maintenance service to a high specification so it's about time we capitalized on this and grew the business".

Stein will spend several days each month assisting the company. With his guidance, Marsh will be targeting high end consumers in their existing catchment area and looking to establish new markets in the commercial maintenance sector. To enable them to meet growing demand the company will be expanding their work force and are currently embarking on the recruitment process to employ more skilled maintenance gardeners.
