Kioti KL130

Kioti shows us that "Quick Fit" technology can be applied to compact-tractor models as well. The KL130 is designed for use on the company's CK25 and CK30 units. We take the CK30HST and loader combination for a test.

The design of the Kioti front-end loader is intended to make fitting and removing the loader as simple as possible. It does. This loader comes with self-storing parking stand and it's just a three-step drive-in and hook-up process to fit the loader ready for work. For a small loader used in combination with a compact tractor, the KL130 has a good lift capacity and high maximum lift-height. We have no problems scooping materials. It feels as though there is power to spare. Operation is by a joystick — as easy as forward for down and backward for up. Control of the loader is precise so you can feel confident scooping and dumping onto piles, trailers or skips. The KL130 features twin double-acting rams on both lift crowd functions. Thought has also gone into the construction of the loader and it certainly looks strong. This one will lift 525kg to a full height of 2.35m. It proves fine for lifting materials such as compost, mulch and growing media. The bucket doesn't have a huge capacity but with a width of just 1.38m it can work on small sites and in tight spaces. The KL130 loader makes a good combination with the compact Kioti CK30.
