HTA Contact Conference, the BPOA Spring conference and AGM and the APL stone seminar will run alongside each other at the same venue for the first time.
The events have suffered from falling attendances so the HTA decided to ask the NFU to combine them.
HTA horticulture head Raoul Curtis-Machin said: "We're really excited about holding these events in the same place at the same time because of the rare quality networking chances this will offer. Members tell us that it is increasingly challenging to spare staff time to attend industry conferences and events, so we hope that this provides added value for them."
BPOA secretary Simon Davenport said: "BPOA is delighted that there is an opportunity to share this lovely venue with HTA and APL this year. Members are keen that the industry be seen to be working together for the benefit of all; there are also a number of areas where there will be synergies that result in economies for our organisations and enhance the experience for attendees."
