Garden Trends sells a range of seasonal products online including garden furniture, barbecues, wellington boots and Christmas trees.
The company claims to have one of the biggest ranges of garden furniture in the UK, according to Garden Trends manager Gordon Parry.
The showroom, the company’s first, opened last month on the day the Twyford garden centre was hosting the fifth annual Spring Show staged by the Thames Valley Orchid Society.
The event saw the venue filled with beautiful and colourful plants and experts were on hand to offer advice on the growing and care of orchids.
Visitors were offered free sausages, chicken and kebabs cooked on the barbeques to mark the official opening of the showroom.
Hare Hatch Sheeplands resolved a long-running planning dispute last year, after Wokingham Borough Council issued an enforcement notice for alleged planning breaches, including using land to display and sell conservatories and greenhouses to extend the café and children’s play area.
