Gurney Reeve ECO360

Quiet operation coupled with zero emissions are two of the main advantages of the electric urban sweeper from Gurney Reeve & Co of Wymondham, Norfolk.

The ECO360 has a 360-litre waste bin that can be electrically raised and lowered for emptying.

The sweeper has a 1.5m working width, with two adjustable front brushes directing debris into the path of the main vacuum.

Larger debris can be collected by opening a cab-controlled front flap. A large stainless-steel water tank provides a controlled fine jet of water that is sprayed prior to sweeping, to suppress dust. Maximum speed is 17km/h. Operating on an eight-hour cycle between charges, the machine automatically stores 45 minutes of charge to ensure that it can be got back to the depot.
