Farnborough Business Park is a mixed-use business environment offering a range of office accommodation set in 125 acres of mature landscaped grounds comprising a main square area, extensive lawns and formal trimmed hedges. A team of five full-time gardeners is dedicated to maintaining the landscape.

The park, home to national and international companies, provides a wide range of amenities. It has a social responsibility policy that informs all Nurture Landscapes’ work, whether that means providing a shuttle bus to reduce the company’s carbon footprint or an aviation museum to increase awareness of the site’s rich heritage. The firm is committed to sustainable solutions and to the community. It also hosts a number of events including grow your own, an Easter egg hunt, Halloween pumpkin carving and Christmas wreath making.

The judges said: "The agents for this impressive mixed-use business park adjacent to Farnborough Airport, home of the Farnborough International Airshow, demand a very high standard of maintenance from the contractor and work closely with the team of five who are permanently on site. There is a high degree of involvement with the business community and volunteer beekeepers are trained by the contractor to tend the beehives installed by them across the site.

"The site is litter picked before 9am daily and the standard of grass cutting, edging, hedge trimming and shrub bed and water feature maintenance is very commendable."
