Dunster House currently operates in Bedford, Kent, Lincolnshire and Wiltshire and has more than 20 years of experience in making luxury garden products.

The company manufactures and sells a range of garden buildings including log cabins, climbing frames, greenhouses and sheds.

The 23,000 sq ft industrial unit at Huyton Business Park comprises a detached warehouse with supporting offices and staff accommodation.

Managing director Chris Murphy said: "We have been looking for an appropriate location to establish our brand in the North West for quite some time.

"The subject property on Huyton Business Park offers us a prominent and easily accessible location and we are delighted to secure this purchase for our continued expansion."

The Liverpool office of Lambert Smith Hampton oversaw the sale.
