Green-tech supplies Nottingham development

Green-tech has supplied urban tree planting materials for a £13.5 million redevelopment project at the Harvey Hadden Leisure Centre in Nottingham.

The company supplied the ArborRaft Tree Planting System and soil, Platipus tree anchoring system, gtRootbarrier 325 and the Mona Relief Vente tree irrigation system for the project.

The development meant a large existing tree had be replaced and the contract to do this was awarded to Carrier Landscapes Ltd.

The ArborRaft Tree Planting System is installed at the sub-base and offers load-bearing support whilst reducing soil compaction and directing root growth away from the surface in urban environments.

To complete the look and offer protection from vehicles and pedestrians Green-tech also supplied a Dales Collection tree grille and guard.
