Garland Products adds 800 garden centre accounts

Garland Products says it has seen a 40 per cent increase in business for 2013, and the addition of 800 new UK garden centre accounts for its recently introduced Worth Gardening brand.

Worth Gardening operations director Tony Dedman said: "Against a background of a very cold winter, the achievement recorded by our team has been remarkable."

The company has 90 new products and says latest innovations will be on view to the trade at spoga+gafa, Cologne, and at Glee, Birmingham in September.

At the company's recent sales conference, Paul Whitnall, who covers the south east of England, took the sales agent of the year honour. In second place was Andy Burton (south west region) and in third place Richard Foster (north east region).

Garland Products is a division of Glendenning Plastics.
