Beedle, from Beckenham, will benefit from a long family tradition of baking, with a grandfather who owned a bakery in Hastings and a father who followed in his footsteps.

Her gardening business is called Mulberry Garden Design. She runs the 15-year-old business with Harriet Brown.

The 12 amateur bakers will be judged by Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood, with Mel Giedroyc and Sue Perkins presenting.
