Garden Centres offer Easter discounts

Wyevale is running Easter promotions with 10 per cent off plants and 20 per cent off outdoor furniture.

Offers include four-for-£20 shrubs, four-for-£13 bedding packs, and £160-£240 off garden furniture.

Wyevale also has Groupon deals for afternoon tea for two in 100+ garden centres offering 47 per cent, that 88 per cent of 3,154 customers recommend.

Groupon said that Wyevale Garden Centres had grown on social media with over 76,000 likes on Facebook and 7,900 followers on Twitter. However sources have said Wyevale's transactional website's launch will be delayed until autumn.

For Easter, Homebase has 3/£9 selected pack bedding, three for two bare root roses, fruit trees and hedging and 2/£15 hanging baskets. It is also offering one third off Spear & Jackson hand tools, 3 for 2 on decorative stones and 2/£13 Evergreen.

B&Q has £40 off Bosch lawnmowers, 

Lidl, meanwhile, has Easter catalogue offers with seeds from 29p, spade and fork for £20, secateurs £2.69, garden tools £4.99 and loppers at £7.99.

Aldi is selling an electric hedge trimmer at £29.99 and petrol grass trimmer at £59.99.
