South Gloucestershire Council has received an application from Almondsbury for Park Garden Centres for the demolition and replacement of a warehouse building, erection of extensions to the main building and aquatic centre to provide additional floorspace for Class A1 facilities (shops) and Class A3 (restaurants and cafes).
Agent is Turley Associates.
The consultation expires in 19 August.
The centre won planning permission from the council for a £5m revamp in 2011. It was previously in a group of three. Two, Lechlade and Cheddar, were sold to Wyevale in 2013.
