The development is the first of a number of changes to the centre which will include the rest of the retail area having a new roof.
The centre also unveiled its brand new website (www.frostsgardencentres.co.uk) this week, representing all four of its garden centres in the region.
Frosts managing director James Frost said: "We’re incredibly proud of the transformation the showroom has made to the entrance of the garden centre and to the overall customer experience. This is the first phase of more changes to come at Frosts, we want to ensure that we remain the leading garden centre in the region and that it’s an enjoyable place to visit."
Frosts Garden Centre also unveiled its new website (www.frostsgardencentres.co.uk) this week, representing all four of its garden centres in the region. Features within the website include a new e-commerce section and an events calendar; the site is easier to navigate and highlights Frosts’ variety of services.
Frost added: "It has taken many months of hard work to deliver this website, it’s only just launched and already we’re getting some very positive feedback. This ties in nicely with the launch of the showroom, as well as the rest of the exciting changes that we’ll see over the coming year."
