Former Wyevale garden centre in housing plan

Shiplake garden centre, which Wyevale sold in 2009, could become 34 homes.

Owners Alex Hersham and his mother Aida Dellal are proposing to build up to 34 new homes plus offices or a care home.

South Oxfordshire District Council is the planning authority but have yet to receive a planning application.

The owners have told Henley Town Council that industrial and commercial use alone would not be commercial and have suggested a residential and commercial mixed use.
