Former Crosby's Nurseries 16-home housing development underway

The Nurseries is a development of 16 new homes in Timperley, near Altrincham and around eight miles from Manchester city centre on a two acre site.

Planning permission has been secured for the collection of four-bedroom homes "offered in a variety of styles certain to appeal to a range of potential buyers, including families and commuters. All properties are finished to the highest standards, and enjoy a quality specification and modern design features, such as integrated kitchen appliances, open-plan living spaces and en suite bathrooms. Externally, all homes have gardens and all have garages and gardens."

Building has started. Prices are to be confirmed. Completion date is to be confirmed. Planning initially went in to Trafford Council in January 2016. First properties are to be released in the summer.

Quality Ornamentals is a sales and marketing company jointly owned by Crosby's Nursery and Les Halman Nurseries.

Crosby's sold its site in Cheshire for redevelopment but Quality Ornamentals has since built more glass and increased production.
