Forest Garden reward long-servers

Forest Garden has awarded several members of staff with a Long Service Award ceremony medal.

The first ceremony was attended by members of staff from across all of Forest’s departments, with 18 members of staff being awarded for their long service.  Together these staff had clocked up almost 500 years of employment at Forest, including four team members who have been at Forest since before 1986.  Each long service recipient was gifted a specially engraved crystal plaque, and gift voucher, all presented by Forest Garden’s chief executive, Guy Grainger.

Grainger said: "It was an honour to be able to acknowledge and reward such dedicated and important members of our team. I believe that these Long Service Awards are testament to how Forest Garden functions as a business, in that it provides a platform for personal and professional growth, whilst offering staff an unrivalled support network. On behalf of myself and the wider company, I’d like to extend our thanks to those that have been such a key part of our business for so long, and we look forward to awarding even more dedicated members of staff in the coming years."
