The Flower Tower can be seen on 30 July and will be decked in Thompson & Morgan's exclusive Pansy Friolina Mixed - the world's first trailing multiflora pansy.
The Sandringham Show attracts around 20,000 visitors each year and profits from each show are donated to local charities.
Paul Hansord, Thompson & Morgan's young plants division managing director, said: "The show is prestigious and we want to make an impact with a tower of our best-selling Pansy Friolina."
He added: "The variety has superb performance, especially for the spring flowering season.
"The blooms have a lovely soft fragrance and over 4,000 flowers can be enjoyed from just five plants in a basket."
