The website with the largest growth was eFlorist which saw an increase of 3198 per cent in organic search from 2014 – 2015.
Five out of 14 of the websites analysed were down on average growth compared to the other websites from September 2014- 2015.
The hardest hit was Flowers Direct which saw its organic search fall by 56 per cent.
Interflora dominated online searches with 301,000 searches a month. Next Flowers was next with 40,500, then Flowers by Post at 27,100, Serenata Flowers at 22,200, Flying Flowers at 14,800 and eflorist at 12,100.
Desktop searches made up 70 per cent and mobile 30 per cent.
