The finalists — Chatham Maritime & Historic Dockyard, Kent; Joining Up Northumberland Park, Tottenham, London; Grange Park Estate, Blackpool; and the Urban & Rural Renaissance, County Durham — were selected from a record 256 nominations. The winner will be announced at the Delivering Sustainable Communities Summit in Manchester on 1 February. Prescott said: “An impressive number of nominations have been received and all are of a very high standard.
