The five categories cover access, biodiversity, bringing the farm to the classroom, careers on the farm and innovative learning.
The scheme is held in conjunction with Bayer CropScience. Managing director Andrew Orme said: "It is important to reconnect farmers and the people who depend on them for food. Who better to start with than children?"
