Valid communication functions have been developed, from staff noticeboards and monthly newsletters to employee forums and an extensive employee survey.
Success is celebrated through internal awards where 80 employees were presented with NVQ qualifications. Good outreach work with community groups and charities, such as Perennial, enhances the company's commitment and care to beyond their own staff.
