Every year eFIG members or suppliers nominate plants to compete for this accolade. Votes are accepted from members, website and social media followers and visitors via efig's website.
The list is narrowed down to the top three plants which then face a day of scrutiny by an independent panel of judges including Horticulture Week's Matthew Appleby who will name the winner.
The top three plants will be announced at the start of National Plants at Work Week 11- 15 July. Nominations are from 24 June.
The criteria to consider are: which ones make you feel good, help you to relax and are easy to look after.
