New variety Memories is one of the range's highlights, "combining that classic fragrance of Pinks with 21st century performance" and was an RHS Chelsea Flower Show 'Plant of the Year' runner up, HTA Plant Show 'Best in Show' and UK Grower Awards' 'Herbaceous Perennial of the Year'.

Earley Ornamentals grows 180m young plants, made up of 1,700 varieties, are grown each year at Earley's state-of-the-art 12-acre site near Thirsk, North Yorkshire. Whetman Pinks' Carolyn Bourne has stepped back from day-to-day running of the business this year to enter a joint venture with Ed and Fiona Marley.
