Dutch exports flourish

Dutch exports of floricultural products reached a level of more than EUR6.5bn (£5bn) in 2007, a rise of EUR292m (£224m) or 4.6 per cent compared to 2006. Exports of cut flowers rose by 4.2 per cent to more than EUR3.3bn (£2.5bn) and with an increase of 4.6 per cent, exports of pot and garden plants rose more rapidly than in 2006.
