Distribution warehouse in South East England

Extensive landscaping is required as part of this £53m project to create a distribution centre for John Lewis at Magna Park in Milton Keynes.

Works include the creation of grassland, shrub and tree planting - from whips through to extra-heavy standards - and associated infrastructure. Lagoons and swales will be created for sustainable urban drainage purposes. The contractor will be expected to maintain the landscape for one year upon completion of the scheme.
