Eady said: "It was very successful. We were visited by a raft of customers, about 500 in total.There is a good mood among growers at the moment.
He added: "Trade is buoyant and our customers report demand from the public is quite good. They are also seeing prices firm up, which is positive as there has been a tendency towards downward price pressure over the past few years."
The event showcased new Delamore products and plant trials and was attended by growers, trade bodies, county councils and journalists, including Horticulture Week contributor Peter Seabrook.
