David Domoney launches Cultivation Street campaign

Celebrity gardener David Domoney has launched his Cultivation Street campaign for the third year running.

The competition, to be judged by ITV’s Love Your Garden presenter Domoney and other experts, is open to residents with front gardens, schools and community gardeners.

The overall winner will receive £10,000 of National Gardening Gift Vouchers and the competition has a total of £20,000 vouchers to give away.

The organisers are looking for streets that have three or more consecutive front gardens .

A winner will be chosen for various categories and from each of the five geographical regions, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, Northern England, Midlands and Easte Anglia, and South England.

Each regional winner will receive £500 of vouchers and the overall winner will receive the top £10,000 prize.

School gardens entering the competition can win £2,000 of vouchers, while community gardens and neighbourhood gardening groups taking over unused land can win £1000 of vouchers.
