Crocodile Golf Products snapped up

Crocodile Golf Products has been acquired by a new management team who plan to build on the firm's 40-year heritage by investing in its staff, plant, equipment and brand.

The company, which manufactures cylinders and bottom blades for the grasscare market, has moved its operation from Wolverhampton to Derby and will now be known as Crocodile Precision Ltd.

The products will be uniquely and entirely engineered and made in their Derby factory using hot rolled British steel for the amenity and golf markets.

The range is engineered to fit the most popular mowing machines including Jacobsen, John Deere and Toro.

Director Ian Howard said: "With a solid reputation as one of the leaders in precision engineering, we will be continuing to invest in plant, equipment, technology and personnel in order to grow our market position."

Marketing will commence imminently with stands at SALTEX and BTME already booked.
