Coop leaves Westland for Elsoms

Elsoms seeds have appointed former Westland Horticulture technical development head David Coop in the newly created role of head of business development.

Coop was a member of Westland's management team for eight years.

He is also a director of the Crop Protection Association and chairman of the British Ornamental Plant Producers group.  Prior to Westland, Coop was employed by Bayer CropScience, working in a variety of strategic marketing and technical roles, based in Germany, France, the UK, and USA.
