Yankee Candle Corporation has appointed Clive Harper as its first non-American vice-president.

Harper was appointed managing director of Yankee Candle Europe 10 years ago, setting up its headquarters in Bristol. The company has now grown with the opening of Yankee Candle Gmbh in November 2008, with distributors responsible for 23 countries across Europe.
