The social enterprise is subsidiary of Capel Manor College, which has provided the four hectares of south-facing land and other resources at its Forty Hall Farm near the college grounds.
The wine is made by multi award-winning English wine maker Will Davenport, from the three classic Champagne varieties of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes.
The limited stocks will only be made available under a sponsorship deal concluded in September. The vineyard is currently looking to arrange a similar deal for the 2014 vintage, expected late next year.
The college has described this year#s harvest from the maturing vines as "excellent and high-yielding", and expects to begin selling a still white "from the cellar door" next year via a new farm shop.
