British Association of Landscape Industries to run design-led workshop season

The British Association of Landscape Industries (BALI) has announced a season of workshops aimed at garden and landscape designers.

The first 2 workshops are presented by Robin Templar Williams, a former vice-chairman of the Society of Garden Designers and past board member of BALI.

The BALI Designer Pre-Assessment Day, to be held on 4 February, is aimed at those wishing to gain registered designer status through BALI.

The second workshop, Design Principals, which is on 5 February aims to reacquaint and introduce basic principles needed to achieve good design in logical sequential steps.

The third designer-based workshop, being held on 19 February is being presented by Garden Design School principal Moira Farnham.

The workshop — entitled Graphic Design: Improve Your Presentation — aims to increase competitive edge with good professional graphics that communicate ideas effectively to encourage clients to commit to the garden construction.
