Britain to host this year's European Asparagus Conference

Coventry is to be the host city for EuroAsper 2010 -- this year's European Asparagus Conference & Exhibition, which takes place on 23-25 March.

The eighth of its kind, the event is being hosted by the British Asparagus Growers' Association and will feature presentations and discussions on plant breeding developments, the promotion of fresh asparagus, marketing and retailing, technical research results and the vegetable's world market situation.

There will also be a gala dinner at Warwick Castle on the evening of 24 March.
