It is able to work indoors, in glasshouses and other buildings as well as noise-sensitive locations.

The alternative powertrain option comprises an electric motor that can be powered either by a pack of rechargeable li-ion batteries or a 400V mains electric supply via a plug-in power cable. Batteries take less than an hour to charge and give up to three hours' work time.

With the same profile and dimensions as the standard E10, the electric version has zero tail swing and is equipped with auxiliary lines as well as an oil cooler system for continuous hydraulic breaker operation.
