Blue plaque unveiling at home of Notcutts founder in Suffolk

Notcutts Woodbridge Head Office is the venue for a blue plaque to celebrate Notcutts' founder.

Notcutts Garden Centres will be unveiling a blue plaque that recognises the achievements of Roger Crompton Notcutt who founded the garden centre business 120 years ago.

The plaque will be displayed on the Old House where Roger Notcutt lived, which is now the Notcutts head office in Woodbridge, Suffolk. It will be unveiled by his great-granddaughter and Notcutts vice-chair, Caroline Notcutt.

Notcutts remains a family-owned business and now has 18 garden centres across the UK and has plans for a £45m repositioning.
